book title:   the butterfly lion Author:   Micheal Morpurgo characters:   Bertie;Millie;The white prince Setting:   Timbavati in Africa,England and France Summary: 1.  A boy named jack runs away from boarding school and meets an old lady. 2.  The old lady has a dog that jack is not very fond of. 3.  The old lady lets him in her home,they had scones and while they did Saw a chalky white lion on the hill side. 4. The old lady tells jack about Bertie And his White prince. 5.  Bertie lived in a compound in Timbavati back in Africa and always watched the animals at the water hole. 6.  But one day Bertie saw a magnificent creature...IT WAS A WHITE LION. 7. His father sadly shot his mother,but Bertie got to make the lion his best friend. 8.  His mother was pleased because she was sick and depressed because Bertie didn't have any friends but the white lion changed EVERYTHING. The Grade 4 camp

Last week we went to Simonsberg Christian centre. We first went to Giraffe house,we learnt a lot about reptiles and animals.It was really funny because the teachers were scared of the animals.We ate our lunch and had some free time.Then we got on the bus and went to camp.When we got there we saw the other class but we could not speak to them because they might spoil it and tell us what they did. we sat in the hall and discussed he rules and our dorms. we stuck a paper with peoples names that were in our dorms.We unpacked and got called back to the hall we waited for the others but if you were tone of the last two to sit you got a warning.when everybody arrived we went on a tour around the camp.Then we got free time for a little bit and then a whistle blew and we went under the tree they told us we were gonna play a game named S.T.O.P  it was really fun. The whistle blew again and it was free time we could build on our forts we could sit and read in our dorms or we could play on t
